IL GABBIANO APARTMENT is a nice two-room apartment located 1 km from the center of Riva del Garda and a 5-minute walk from the most famous beaches of Lake Garda north: the "Sabbioni" and "Porfina" beach.

Enchanting place, surrounded by an extraordinary landscape that includes our magnificent lake and our beautiful mountains.

The apartment can accommodate two people in a double bed.

On request it is possible to add, always in the double bedroom, a single bed with a total contribution of € 10 per night for the third person.

It is possible to add, always in a double room, a single bed for a child at the extra price of € 10 per night.

It also has a large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, closet located on the terrace with washing machine, cellar where you can store your bikes and outdoor private parking, lift.

Thanks to its position it is ideal for couples but also for families with 1 small child and the elderly.

Even our furry friends are welcome, obviously if you are used to staying in the apartment and do not climb on the sofa and the bed, bring their bouncers and bowls for water and food.
